Meet and Greet Procedure
Please read the simple procedure laid out below to get your holiday off to a stress free start.
Please check our Malaga Terminal 2 & Malaga Terminal 3 Airlines pages to assist you in determining what Terminal you will land at.
When arriving from the UK all flights are now landing in Terminal 2 & 3. As soon as you have collected your bags please walk out of the baggage reclaim area and head towards arrivals.
Your driver will will be waiting in arrivals for you. He will be holding a AENA greeting card with the booking party name clearly visible on it. Please don't worry about your driver not being there as all our drivers have direct access to live flight arrival times and continuosly check your scheduled landing time via our live flight arrivals panel.
Airport Meeting Checklist
- Collect your baggage
- Head towards Terminal exit.
- Be greeted by your English/Irish driver holding an official AENA Name Card with lead name of your party on.
- Your driver will assist you to board your minibus to begin your vacation.
- You will be given a personal contact number from your driver for our office. This number can be used day or night to contact us whatever your query. We are always on hand to help and assist you make your holiday an enjoyable one.
